It's an A+ thriller that doesn't shy away from talking about real issues that need to be confronted. A little heavy-handed at times but I liked Carey Mulligan in the lead and some scenes worked, though I saw one of the twists coming pretty early on. "Someone once said the best revenge is a life well lived. The protagonist of this movie isn’t one for philosophy, however. This is a well made entertaining movie that really has something to say. It does a great job pointing out the hipocracy of people who have excused poor behavior by certain men and the consequences of that behavior, which aren’t always obvious."
